  1. FTL Group Technologies Limited only retains the basic information required to carry out standard Business-to-business activities. These details are essential to ensure efficient communication in areas such as: Sales & Marketing, Support, Operations, Procurement and Finance functions.
  • Contact Name
  • Title
  • Company Name
  • Company Address
  • Company Email
  • Company Mobile & landline numbers.
  1. We do not store any of the following personal details:
  • Date of birth.
  • Home address.
  • Home telephone number.
  • Credit card numbers.
  • Driver License numbers.
  • RSI numbers.
  • Other Personal details
  1. All data is stored and processed in the Republic of Ireland Only.
  2. It will be necessary to forward data subject contact details to our primary vendors, Micro Focus UK&I and Tech Data UK&I Limited, where software licenses and support services are procured. This will only be done once prior approval has been received from the data subject.  Failure by data subject to authorise provision of their contact details to our primary vendors, will inhibit the ability to register software licenses and support services.
  3. Data Subject Personal details will be retained for a period of 24 months following opt-in. If an active business relationship is in place after the 24 month term, the data subjects contact details will be deemed to be active and retention is justified for another 24 month term, without seeking further consent.  Otherwise it will be deleted.
  4. Upon receipt of an opt-out request, (removal of consent) data subjects contact details will be removed for our database within 5 working days
  5. Any request by data subject, for access to personal records which we have on file, will be provided within 5 days of an email request been received by our data controller (contact details below)
  6. Where data subject feels that FTL Group Technologies has not complied with its obligations under GDPR legislation, a complaint can be lodged to the Data Protection Commission.
